I give you Millie's Marvellous Minnestrone served with crunchy Parmesan crusted courgette wedges. Jar to table in no time at all, leaving time free for all that last minute homework the Peachicks suddenly remember needs to be done! Full of aubergines, mushrooms and a great way to use up all those left over tiny pasta bits; it also has added dairyfree milk so is a great way of getting vitamins as well as calcium into the little people! It is Vegan and easy to make Glutenfree too, just swap the pasta.

There is one cake flavour that Elodie loves more than any other - its lemon. So when we were both feeling a bit too rubbish for the zoo this week we spent the afternoon whipping up this very yummy Vegan Lemon Drizzle Cake!  Its dairyfree, eggfree and has got the juice of 3 whole lemons in (and on) it. Lets be honest who doesn't love a good lemon cake? And this Vegan Lemon Drizzle Cake, smothered in zesty lemon icing is a perfect for all occasions! Just add a cuppa (or two)!

This Vegan Bailey's Birthday Cake is infused with the flavours of the famous liqueur but without any of the dairy. The sponge is delicately flavoured with whiskey, cocoa and vanilla which compliments perfectly the dairyfree white chocolate, coffee buttercream! With a subtle whiskey hit, this is the perfect cake for any lover of Baileys but definitely not one for the children! The cake was decorated to order with a lilac fondant, peach roses and handmade swirly Peacock Feathers.

Can't decide between vanilla or chocolate cake? Why not have both with this Chocolate & Vanilla Vegan Marble Cake! Pretty, easy to make & sure to impress! All you need is a piping bag of each batter which you then Jackson Pollack into the tin and swirl together with a skewer or knife! Just fill with buttercream and/or jam plus some fresh fruit if you fancy it and you'll have a beautiful cake to share with friends. It definitely went down well when the Peachicks and I met up with some friends & their little people at the weekend!

Creamy Cheesy Vegan Potato & Kale Spring Salad, perfect way to banish those winter blues and full of immune boosting vitamins to keep the bugs away! This dish is freefrom most of the Top14 allergens as its freefrom dairy, eggs & soy as well as gluten (check cornichon ingredients) but noone will be able to tell the difference! This is a great stand alone salad that is delicious warm and even better cold the day after. It also makes a great side dish to your favourite grilled fish, meat or vegan alternative. The yoghurt dressing can be made in a big batch and kept for dunking veggies in for the rest of the week!

Light and fluffy, Vegan Cheese & Chive Scones. Dairyfree but full of flavour thanks to the vegan parmesan & fresh chives! Most people will be familiar with those sweet or fruit filled ones but have you ever tried a Savoury scone? Yum! These Vegan Cheese & Chive Scones are great with slow cooker stews or even better a nice hot bowl of my Creamy Vegan Butternut Squash Soup.
