These Easy Vegan Oat & Raisin Cookies are crisp, chewy and filled with soft sultanas AND they are really easy to make too! With a subtle hint of cinnamon they are sure to become a firm favourite in any house. They may not be the healthiest addition to school lunchboxes but great for an occasional treat! Switch out the sultanas for an equal weight of your favourite dried fruit or nuts.  For a festive Christmas treat substitute the cinnamon for ginger and the sultanas for cranberries or glace cherries!

It is the only cookie recipe you will ever need, crisp on the outside & chewy on the inside AND really easy to make.  You can even store balls of the dough in the freezer for when you just need a cookie to go with your cuppa! These lovely cookies are made with a basic dough that can be easily adapted to suit every occasion and festivity  just switch out the chocolate chips for an equal weight of your favourite candy sweets or nuts.

These lovely little Freefrom Christmas Biscuits are glutenfree & nutfree and suitable for vegans!  Make them with ground ginger, plain or switch out the icing sugar for a flavoured one to suit every occasion. The soft dough is easy enough for little hands to handle and can be re-rolled as many times as you like OR kept in the fridge for a week for all those last minute festive get togethers!

These Glutenfree Almond & Vanilla Viennese Whirls are so easy to make but look absolutely beautiful.  No style over substance here though as they are simply delicious & melt in the mouth!  These are filled with a dairyfree vanilla buttercream and a large splodge of raspberry jam but you can use just about any flavour combination you like!
