They are also surprisingly easy to make, whether you bake or fry them, have less sugar than a regular doughnut (depending on who you let glaze them) AND are completely FreeFrom the top14 allergens. The only real decision (aside from who you share them with) is whether to bake or fry them!

All you need is a piping bag of each batter which you then Jackson Pollack into the tin and swirl together with a skewer or knife! Just fill with buttercream and/or jam plus some fresh fruit if you fancy it and you’ll have a beautiful cake to share with friends. It definitely went down well when the Peachicks and I met up with some friends & their little people at the weekend!
Autumn is the season of beautiful fruits and this delicious Vegan Pear, Fig & Ginger Cake is the perfect way to serve up all those slightly over-ripe pears lurking in the fruit bowl! The warm hint of the fresh ginger works really well with the pears and figs without overpowering either of them. This cake is great served warm on a chilly Autumn afternoon with a generous scoop of dairyfree vanilla icecream!
These Healthy Chocolate & Tahini Cookie Dough Balls are soft, chewy and full of crunchy nuts & seeds. They make a great vegan protein packed nutritious post swim snack! They are really cute and because the mixture doesn’t spread they keep their little dumpling shape, they were named Cookie Dumplings by the Peachicks. They are dairyfree, eggfree and glutenfree (contain oats) and are brilliant for lunchboxes and after gym snacks. They are packed with nutrients, although I would recommend leaving the nuts out for school lunchboxes as a lot of schools have no nuts policies. These would also be AMAZING with small apple chunks in it!
