Craving a dark, sticky chocolate Brownie but without the dairy, eggs or gluten? Then whip up a batch of these Easy Gluten-free Vegan Fudge Brownies. Noone will ever know they are Top14free, so unless you want to share, best find a quiet corner to enjoy them! Proof that catering for mulitple allergies and/or coeliacs is not only doable but can be just as tasty, if not better, than the allergen-laden original! These need no complicated ingredients and are literally thrown together in a bowl before baking. I use Free From Fairy Self-Raising wholegrain flour which gives them an extra flavour dimension and a beautifully smooth texture – no grainy glutenfree bakes here!

These lovely little Freefrom Christmas Biscuits are glutenfree & nutfree and suitable for vegans! Make them with ground ginger, plain or switch out the icing sugar for a flavoured one to suit every occasion. The soft dough is easy enough for little hands to handle and can be re-rolled as many times as you like OR kept in the fridge for a week for all those last minute festive get togethers!

A great grab & go breakfast or afternoon pick-me-up – either way these Vegan Museli Muffins are very delicious! I’m a big fan of food having a range of textures when you eat it and the soft muffins contrast really nicely with the crunchy museli topping; these little muffins are also packed full of energy courtesy of the grated dark chocolate, seeds and dried fruit (perfect for a morning den building, Gruffalo hunting and mark making with sticks in the woods!) They are also really good for lunchboxes and keep the Peachicks fuelled for the last few hours of school so they are only mildly ravenous when they get home.

These Easy Peasy Dairyfree Pop-in Sausage Rolls with Onion Chutney are called Pop-in Sausage Rolls for two reasons, mainly because if you pop in to ours round about Christmas time you are almost guaranteed to be fed a version of these! Usually either with onion chutney, cranberry sauce or apple sauce in depending on what we have in the fridge! These are free from dairy, egg, soya, nuts & sesame and the filling is gluten free so just swap the puff pastry for a gluten free option!
